Driven by the crises state of our biosphere and social unrest, the title character Bunny Girl is a combined eroticized Playboy "bunny" and animal of the same name.
Traversing sweeping landscapes layered with found footage of global events, BUNNY GIRL points to our dystopian present.
With wry humor, BUNNY GIRL ties the mentality that destroys the environment without conscience, and which disregards human and animal suffering, to the mentality that renders women vulnerable.
It collates these as symptoms of the suppression of the feminine, that nonetheless is blossoming in the face of attack.
