Film deals with the mother-daughter relationship over three generations of women embodied by my grandmother, who lived in Reunion Island, my mother, living in Paris where I also grew up, and myself, narrator of the film.
It’s a powerful story about strong women and love in spite of the passing on of a burdening past.
