    A victim of a car accident is luckily rescued on the spot by ambulance of an NGO called Zakhmi foundation, but it turns out he was not so lucky as the Drivers are also involve in Organs Smuggling and plans to smuggle the victims kidney to their Dealer Mushtaq but their real journey starts when Mushtaq tells them to deliver the kidney to some other guy named Malik as he himself is out of town .
