    Set in the distant future, after sea levels around the world have risen drastically, humanity appears to be on the brink of extinction.

    One girl, Nautia, has made a life for herself under the water, living with the help of a futuristic breathing apparatus in what was once the city of Columbus, Ohio.

    She dreams of what might be beyond the water and uses her ingenuity to build a machine that will take her to the surface.
